Access violation ... in module 'ntdll.dll'

If the crash occurs right after launching the program, and you've got XP SP2 or Vista, then it may be "Data Execution Prevention" (DEP).  Turn off DEP in the control panel:

System | properties | advanced | Data Execution Prevention.

If you've got it set for "all programs", then add ClipMate to the exception list.

Note: This should no longer be an issue with ClipMate 7.2 or later.
